Release r202507

What's New

This release mostly contains bug fixes and changes to prepare for the upcoming infrastructure migration. There are two functional changes:

Support for continue in loops

It is now possible to use the continue statement in for/while loops. The continue statement terminates execution of any further statements in the current iteration of a loop, and continues execution of the loop with the next iteration.

The following example displays the behavior:

let odd = [];
for (let num = 0; num < 10; num++) {
if (num % 2 == 0) {
// if num is even, continue to the next number
continue;
}
odd.push(num);
}

Running this code would result in the odd array to contain only odd numbers.

Previously, a return statement within a loop would behave like a continue statement which was incorrect. This behavior has now changed to exit the current function scope.

Treat token & key fields as passwords

When configuring a "Remote Proxy" account, the token and key fields where regular text fields. The fields have been changed to password fields, as the information in these fields is sensitive:

New infrastructure

We are currently migrating our environments to new AWS infrastructure.

Staging and demo environments have already been set up. The plan is to migrate the automator-eu instance on production on Thursday, September 18. There will be no planned downtime. Other instances will be planned after that.
